Logistics Advertising Terms

Sentrick provides directory listings, visibility and advertising services to independent logistics companies. Sentrick does not arrange, negotiate, book, dispatch, manage, insure, or receive commission from transportation services, and is not a carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer, or guarantor.

Logistics advertisers are independent third parties. Any verification badge reflects only Sentrick's limited advertiser review and does not guarantee service quality, legal compliance, insurance, availability, or performance. Transportation discussions, contracts, payment, and the transport itself occur directly between the user and the advertiser. Users must perform their own commercial and legal due diligence.

Advertisers warrant the accuracy of their company and service claims and hold the necessary intellectual-property and media rights to submitted content, and indemnify Sentrick for that content and their services.

Paid placements are clearly labeled. Misleading, unsupported, unlawful, or inappropriate advertisements may be rejected or removed. Advertising billing covers advertising and subscription fees only — never freight charges — and follows the stated cancellation and renewal terms.
