Marketplace Terms

Sentrick provides a business-to-business marketplace, channel, workflow, and transaction-support service. Unless expressly stated in a signed writing, Sentrick is not the manufacturer, importer of record, food producer, packer, warehouse, carrier, customs broker, or seller of supplier products.

Each supplier remains solely responsible for product identity, ingredients, allergens, labeling, claims, safety, quality, condition, shelf life, cold-chain requirements, recalls, regulatory compliance, production conformity, documentation, warranties, defects, shortages, and product liability.

Marketplace approval does not transfer, dilute, or replace the supplier’s obligations.

Listings are invitations for qualified business buyers to request or place commercial orders. An order becomes binding only after acceptance under the applicable transaction documents. Sentrick may charge subscriptions, service fees, and a 3% marketplace commission as disclosed.

Suppliers must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sentrick and its affiliates from claims arising from their products, content, regulatory failures, recalls, intellectual-property violations, negligent acts, or breach. Buyers remain responsible for their resale, storage, handling, and downstream compliance.

Sentrick may withhold publication, suspend access, preserve transaction records, or remove products when qualification, safety, fraud, sanctions, payment, or legal concerns arise.
