Supplier Standards & Product Responsibility

Suppliers must provide accurate corporate, facility, product, regulatory, food-safety, insurance, origin, labeling, logistics, warranty, recall, and contact records requested for each approved product and market.

After approval, the supplier must not change ingredients, formulation, source, facility, process, packaging, label, claims, certifications, storage requirements, shelf life, or other approval-relevant characteristics without prior written disclosure and renewed approval.

The supplier grants Sentrick permission to use, resize, format, translate, and distribute its approved names, images, videos, specifications, and marketing materials for authorized commercial channels. The supplier warrants their accuracy and its right to license them.

The supplier remains responsible for defects, quality, safety, returns, replacements, recall execution and costs, regulatory cooperation, and adequate product-liability insurance. It must notify Sentrick immediately of safety, enforcement, recall, or material conformity concerns.
