What we do
A platform, not a middleman with hidden markups
Sentrick is a business-to-business marketplace, channel, workflow, and transaction-support service. Unless expressly agreed in a signed writing, Sentrick is not the manufacturer, importer of record, producer, warehouse, carrier, or seller of supplier products. Buyers browse a qualified catalog, send RFQs, compare versioned quotes, and place orders with server-calculated totals. Suppliers get real requests and tools — never a guarantee of sales.
Qualified before listed
Suppliers and products pass a qualification gate before they can appear. Qualification is eligibility to list — never a Sentrick guarantee of a product.
Built for cross-border trade
The marketplace is organized around markets and currencies so professional buyers and vetted suppliers can transact across countries.
Every transaction on record
Order snapshots are immutable, the financial ledger is append-only, and security-relevant actions are recorded in a tamper-evident trail.
Separated revenue, never mixed
Subscriptions, a flat 3% marketplace commission, launch packages, logistics advertising, and services are accounted for separately.
How we think about trust
Careful claims, real records
We are deliberate about what we claim. “Verified supplier” describes what Sentrick reviewed before listing — not a warranty of every shipment. Where a document, certification, or approval exists, it is versioned and bound to a specific product revision and market. Where responsibility sits with the supplier or a regulator, we say so plainly. You can read exactly what qualification covers, and what it does not, in our Trust Center.
