How we keep the marketplace credible
Sentrick provides workflow, qualification, and records. Suppliers remain responsible for their products. We are careful never to present internal approval as a guarantee.
Qualification is a listing gate
A product is publishable only when all gates pass: an approved exact revision, current accepted evidence, an active supplier and subscription, acknowledged liability, explicit market approval, and no active holds. Qualification means eligibility to list — it is not a Sentrick representation, guarantee, or endorsement of the product.
Evidence is versioned and exact
Certifications, labels, and specifications are attached as versioned evidence bound to a specific product revision and market. Replacing evidence creates a new version; the prior is preserved. Approval never transfers across revisions or markets.
Auditable by design
Order snapshots are immutable, the financial ledger is append-only and double-entry, and security-relevant actions are recorded in a tamper-evident trail. Tenant data is isolated at the database with row-level security.
Safety & recalls
Safety holds and recalls are dual-controlled and place holds that block publication and new transactions. Sentrick records the workflow and does not issue a safety diagnosis; regulatory filings remain the responsibility of the authorized party.
