When a safety concern arises, the marketplace has to react in a way that is fast, controlled, and on record. Sentrick’s holds and recall workflow are built into the platform’s state machines — not handled by ad-hoc email.
Safety holds block transactions
A safety hold placed on a product or supplier blocks publication and new transactions immediately, while existing records remain viewable and auditable.
Dual-controlled actions
Recall and safety-hold actions are dual-controlled — they require more than one authorized actor — so a single person cannot unilaterally suppress or release a hold.
Structured recall workflow
Recalls move through explicit stages — lots identified, orders flagged, buyers notified, holds applied — each recorded so the response is traceable end to end.
Sentrick records, it does not diagnose
Sentrick captures and coordinates the workflow. It does not issue a safety diagnosis, and regulatory filings remain the responsibility of the authorized party.
Suppliers remain solely responsible for product safety, recalls, and regulatory compliance. Marketplace approval does not transfer or replace those obligations.
