Marketplace commission
Flat 3% on product orders
Computed server-side from the immutable order snapshot — separate from subscriptions, launch packages, advertising, and services. Freight is never charged a commission.
Buyer membership
Creating an account, browsing, searching, and starting verification are free. Submitting RFQs, contacting suppliers, and issuing POs require the single Buyer Membership — which includes unlimited RFQs. Choose monthly or annual billing.
Supplier plans
Tools, visibility, and services — never a guarantee of sales or orders.
