How it works

A complete wholesale workflow, on the record

From supplier qualification to delivery and dispute resolution, every step is authorized server-side and captured in an immutable trail. Sentrick provides the workflow and records — suppliers remain responsible for their products.

  1. Supplier

    1 · Qualify a product

    Submit a product with an immutable configuration revision and the required evidence (certifications, labels, specifications). Sentrick reviews eligibility per exact revision and target market. Changing an approval-relevant field creates a new revision that must be re-qualified.

  2. Sentrick

    2 · Publish (listing gate)

    A product lists only when every gate passes: approved revision, current accepted evidence, active supplier and subscription, liability acknowledged, market approval, and no holds. Publication is a listing decision — never a Sentrick guarantee of the product.

  3. Buyer

    3 · Request quotes (RFQ)

    Buyers submit an RFQ; the platform snapshots it and routes it to the approved supplier of the exact qualified revision. Suppliers respond with versioned quotes.

  4. Buyer

    4 · Accept & order

    A buyer approver (not the requester) accepts a sent quote. The order is created with server-calculated totals and a flat 3% commission; commercial history is immutable.

  5. Buyer / Sentrick

    5 · Pay

    Payment is initiated by the buyer and recognized only via a verified webhook; capture posts a double-entry ledger exactly once. Fulfillment releases per the order's policy.

  6. Supplier

    6 · Fulfill & ship

    The supplier accepts the order, picks, packs, and ships. Over-shipment is prevented; delivery is recorded with proof — delivery is not inspection, refund, or dispute closure.

  7. All

    7 · Returns, disputes & recalls

    Returns and disputes proceed in separate, auditable stages; responsibility is decided only by authorized Sentrick roles with evidence. Recalls are dual-controlled and place holds that block publication and new transactions.
