How we keep the catalog credible
Sentrick’s job is workflow, qualification, and records. Suppliers remain responsible for product identity, safety, and regulatory compliance. Our controls are designed so that what appears in the marketplace has passed a defined gate — and so that the boundary of that gate is clear.
A qualification gate, not a rubber stamp
Products publish only when every required check passes: an approved revision, current evidence, an active supplier and subscription, acknowledged liability, market approval, and no active holds.
Evidence bound to the exact product
Certifications, labels, and specifications are versioned and attached to a specific product revision and market — not to the supplier in general.
Change means re-qualification
When a product revision changes, prior approval does not carry over. The new revision must be re-qualified before it can list, so the catalog stays honest.
Immutable, auditable records
Order snapshots are immutable and the ledger is append-only. Compliance and security actions are recorded in a tamper-evident trail for accountability.
