A step-by-step guide to adding your products, uploading images, setting wholesale pricing, and getting each product qualified and listed to buyers.
Creating products and saving pricing requires an active Basic Access membership ($0.99/month during our growth phase). You can draft without it, but publishing needs an active plan. Choose your plan →
Go to Products & pricing in your supplier dashboard. This is where you add each product, upload photos, set pricing, and submit for qualification.
Enter the product name (e.g. “Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1L”) and a category (e.g. “Oils & Vinegars”), then create it. It starts as a draft only you can see.
In the product card, use Upload photo to add up to 8 images (PNG, JPG, or WebP). Use clear, well-lit shots with the label and packaging readable. Remove any photo with the × button.
Add your quantity-break (tiered) wholesale pricing — case quantity, MOQ, and per-unit price by volume. Totals and the flat 3% commission are always calculated server-side on the order.
Submit the product for Sentrick review. Qualification checks the exact product revision against the required evidence — certifications, labels, specifications, and market compliance. See the qualification checklist.
Once approved and every publication gate passes (approved revision, current evidence, active membership & subscription, market approval, no holds), your product is listed to buyers and can receive RFQs.
